Known as the North Easts favourite brunch spot, we have a fun and vibrant vibe attracting guests from across the UK. Located in the award winning Herrington Country Park, our Herrington venue has stunning views of the park & lake and is a stone’s throw from the play area, making brunch with us the ideal destination to visit with friends or family.
Infamous for our indulgent pancakes and instagrammable shakes, we also offer a delicious savoury brunch menu with popular dishes such as our USA Breakfast and flavoursome Mexican Benny! Freshly ground coffee prepared by our baristas, we recommend you try our speciality lattes – available hot or iced!
With an impressive selection of sweet treats, made at our dedicated bakery, by our team of skilled bakery babes. Layer cake slices, cupcakes, traybakes and USA stuffed cookies are some of the treats you will find available to sit in and enjoy, or available to take out.
Unlike our Roker venue, we do not offer our brunch menu in our outdoor terrace area, this menu is only available to guests dining inside the restaurant. We do however offer a limited takeout menu from inside the venue which you can order at the till and enjoy in our outdoor terrace area. Breakfast sandwiches and pancakes are available from this menu.
We are delighted to announce our new cabin on the terrace at Herrington Park is now open throughout the school holidays and at weekends (weather permitting).
The cabin offers a selection of hot & cold drinks, hot & cold sandwiches, homemade sausage rolls, kids lunch boxes, pup treats for your fur baby and of course sweet treats.
Please note: The terrace area is a self service area. We kindly ask guests to dispose of their rubbish after use and keep the area tidy for other guests to enjoy.
We do not offer highchairs in this area. Picnic benches are available to guests purchasing items from Love Lily. Water bowls available for dogs.
We do not offer table reservations at our venues, we operate a first come, first seated system. If there is a queue when you arrive, please wait at the ‘please wait to be seated sign’ and our team will seat you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.
Our extensive menu allows us to cater for many dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and gluten friendly diets. Although our meat is not halal, we do have a large selection of vegetarian alternatives available. We do not offer dairy free or gluten free pancakes. All allergen information can be viewed on our menus.
Our venue is fully accessible and offers an accessible WC with baby changing facilities. Due to the size of our venue, we do have some tables which can accommodate prams next to the table. If you arrive and these tables are in use, it is the choice of the guest if they wish to wait to be seated once the tables become available.
We will always try to accommodate as best aspossible but politely remind guests we can only accommodate so many prams at any time to ensure a safe dining experience for other guests and asafe working environment for our staff. Highchairs are available on requestand subject to availability.
Dogs are welcome in our outdoor area but are unfortunately not permitted inside the premises (with the exception of guide dogs). We operate a 'Paws on the Floor' policy: whilst we love our four-legged friends, for health & safetyregulations we kindly request that dogs are kept on a lead and off tables and chairs at all times. If you are dining with us to celebrate a special occasion such as a birthday, please let our team know upon arrival and we will serve your order with a Happy Birthday topper. Please note, we do not permit external food and beverage items (including birthday cakes) to be consumed on our premises.

We do appreciate when we are busy it can be a little frustrating to wait in a queue. Our team will always try and seat you as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience. We politely remind guests to be polite to our team, no bad vibes babe!

Herrington Park is already a lovely location, Love Lily just tops off a lovely walk. Very slight wait to be seated however this is only due to popularity. Staff are so welcoming and friendly and the place is spotless and very well decorated. Food was superb and both the other half and I really enjoyed it. Its dog friendly and they have a terrace for just this so it's great for people with furbabies. We will be back very soon to sample some more food. Possibly my new favourite eatery for a brunch stop off.
Well beyond my expectation no doubt you'll will have read there are sometimes queues to get in, Once you're in you'll see why the waiting is WELL WORTH IT. You'll always get the grumpies in the world wanting everything yesterday because of their poor planning and impatience If you're an impatient person the place is not for you as quality's comes at a cost. Great menu to choose from and the staff were very pleasant with there attention to the cleaning of the tables and the service they deliver I will certainly be returning - I would say go there hungry as the portions are a good size well earned 5 stars
